Limoncello Loaf Cake is a moist, bright lemony cake with lemon cream cheese frosting and coconut! My husband has a sweet tooth and will eat anything if you add coconut! I think that’s how I started putting coconut on top! Anyway, this is an easy cake to throw together, it takes less than 10 minutes and then bakes for 35-40 minutes. Cake in an hour!
The frosting has a great lemony flavor too! If you like a boozy flavor you can use the Limoncello instead of the lemon juice. You can taste the Vodka or the Pure Grain Alcohol if you use it.
Limoncello Loaf Cake is probably my husband’s favorite cake. I hope you enjoy it as much as he does!
