Who doesn’t have a recipe for banana nut bread? This is tropical banana nut bread because it has pineapple. The pineapple adds a tang and a whole lot of moistness to the banana bread. Add in some pecans and you have heaven on a plate! Honestly, this is the best banana bread recipe!
My family is split on the banana issue, my husband eats at least one a day, and one of my daughters loves them, the other is like me and not a fan! But… we both eat this delicious banana bread.
I have never been a fan of bananas, but we have banana trees in our yard that literally produce hundreds of bananas! I have found that this banana bread recipe is delicious! Not only does it have pineapple — but it has cinnamon! It makes two loaves, one to eat and one to share!
This is an easy banana bread recipe that you make in one bowl. Make sure that your bananas are good and ripe, soft to the touch and some brown spots on the skin. That way you won’t get any of the bitterness that you can get from under ripe fruit.
