Miscellaneous Goodies - Sandy's Fudge

I have a cousin Sandy and this is the Fudge he makes!  It is super easy and doesn’t need a candy thermometer.  It is also very adaptable as it uses chocolate chips and they come in so many flavors now!  I used the milk chocolate and the white chocolate, but I’m think I’m going to make a batch with salted caramel chips too!

An easy and delicious Fudge, ready in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients

2/3 Cup Milk
1 2/3 Cups Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
16 whole Marshmallows
3/4 Cup Chocolate chips
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Combine Milk, sugar and salt in saucepan
Bring to a boil and continue to cook and stir for 5 additional minutes
Add Marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla
Stir until all is melted
Pour into buttered 8 inch pan
Let cool, Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set
