Description

Aunt Mayme was a great cook but she loved short cuts too!

This lemon cake is soooo Yummy and so very easy!

Ingredients

For the Cake

1 Box Lemon Cake Mix

1 Box Lemon Jello

3 Eggs

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

1 Cup Water

For the Glaze

2 Cups Powdered Sugar

1/2 Cup Lemon Juice

1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350.

Grease well a bundt pan or 9×13 pan.  I spray it well with cooking spray!

Mix all ingredients.

Bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Punch holes across the top with a skewer or ice pick.

Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and zest.

Pour over Cake.

Enjoy!

Notes

I use the lemon zest because I like the extra zing of lemon that it gives.
